Recruiting Associate
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join its growing talent team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key part in scaling a high-performing organization.
Location: Midtown East, NYC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 discretionary bonus

The Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position within a fast-paced recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a senior recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities
- Support interview scheduling and coordination
- Handle offer preparation, compensation and offer discussions, and candidate negotiations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and recruiting partners to kick off new searches and define role requirements
- Manage agency relationships and assist with external recruiter communication
- Contribute to job description development and process improvements
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving, globally connected business
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting and Recruiting Coordination/Scheduling
- Experience managing offers and participating in compensation discussions
- Willingness to take on high volume scheduling
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and attention to detail
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus
