Confidential – Personal Concierge and Family Assistant (Contract)

Location: Newport Beach, CA (with potential travel to NYC)

We are seeking a highly polished and discreet Personal Concierge to support an ultra-high-net-worth family for a two-weeks around Thanksgiving, with the potential for additional projects and ongoing work. This role is ideal for someone who may already support part-time clients or freelance in the private service space, as it will function on an on-call basis but is handsomely compensated for time and availability. This confidential opportunity requires the utmost professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. The family is very private, established, and maintains residences across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless personal service including valet duties, wardrobe management, travel packing, and personal errands
• Coordinate guests and private events, from welcoming visitors and formal dining service to planning intimate dinners and large-scale functions
• Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including research on accommodations, dining, and entertainment, while liaising with on-site staff to ensure readiness
• Oversee household operations such as property upkeep, scheduling, security, inventory management, and mail/administrative systems
• Supervise and coordinate household staff and vendors, ensuring quality standards are met and performance is evaluated
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison across personal, household, and business matters
• Maintain confidential records and information with the highest degree of discretion
• Build and leverage relationships within global luxury hospitality and lifestyle networks to anticipate and fulfill needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals, family offices, or private households
• Maintains a refined network of luxury sector contacts
• Based in Southern California and knowledgeable about the region but flexible to travel, particularly to New York City
• Comfortable with the 24/7 nature of UHNW support and extensive travel
