Our client, a real estate company, is looking for a temp to perm Executive/Personal Assistant to support multiple founders.
This role starts asap and will be an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential for permanent conversion if the right fit.
Location: Midtown
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with some OT, 24/7 mentality)
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling.
- Arrange light travel booking in coordination with a travel agent.
- Book reservations and handle occasional light errands.
- Provide personal support, including assistance for family members.
Qualifications:
- Prior relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must be discrete and professional
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- No job too small mentality
