A well-known global financial services company is seeking a Credit Loans Middle Office – Operations Analyst to join their team. This role provides critical operational support to facilitate the settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades.
The position is fully on-site in Dallas, TX, and offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
** 6 month contract with potential to extend
Responsibilities:
- Support the full trade lifecycle, including confirmation, allocation, facilitation, and verification of syndicated loan trades
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve exceptions and manage risk
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards
- Manage large volumes of work and deliver within tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of loan operations strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills across levels and regions
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
