Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a part-time NetSuite Administrator!
This assignment starts asap and will be an ongoing part-time role.
Located in Midtown.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible schedule based on candidates needs)
Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations within NetSuite
- Create and manage customer invoices
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in NetSuite
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Assist in other finance or operational functions depending on skills and experience
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite
- Accounting background
- Experience with bank reconciliations and invoicing workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
