Location: Coconut Grove, FL (On-site, 5 days per week; flexibility required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully on-site in Coconut Grove (flexibility required as business and principal's needs arise)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO while overseeing day-to-day operations across his residences. The position is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing everything from small daily tasks (such as ordering pet supplies or coordinating appointments) to larger home-related projects and vendor oversight. The right candidate will be resourceful, discreet, and able to execute responsibilities from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and household operations across multiple residences
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, travel, errands, and event planning
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle personal expenses, correspondence, inventory, and filing systems
- Serve as liaison to service providers and support ongoing household projects
- Conduct research and provide general administrative support as needed
- Partner closely with and back up the Executive Assistant when required
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Prior experience as a Personal and/or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern tools/apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
