Our client is seeking a Lead Concierge Associate to serve as a central point of contact for clients while helping deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, with experience in concierge services, front desk support, or a similar client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and high-quality service experience.
- Proactively anticipate and respond to client needs, questions, and requests.
- Maintain consistently high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day concierge and front desk operations.
- Support, guide, and help hold team members accountable to service and operational standards.
