Position: TEMP Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Location: Inglewood (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite Tues/Thurs)

Pay Rate: $45-48/hour

Schedule: 9am-5pm

Duration: Starting April 20th for 12-weeks

Position Summary: The FP&A Manager will support the Business Intelligence team by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts to inform strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, this role will provide key insights into business performance, develop financial models, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Build and maintain complex financial models across business channels and initiatives
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights on revenue, expenses, and business performance
• Lead financial analysis for special projects, including identifying key drivers and presenting findings to leadership
• Evaluate product mix and profitability to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in improving financial processes and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related field
• Experience with consumer packaged goods or fashion manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience working with large datasets
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership of work
