A highly regarded family office with an active real estate investment and development arm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its President and team. This is a tight-knit, ~30-person firm with a strong culture, real ownership, and direct exposure to high-level decision-making.

What you’ll be doing
- Own a complex, ever-changing calendar for the President
- Coordinate travel and logistics with precision
- Act as a central hub for internal communication and scheduling
- Support broader team coordination and day-to-day operations
- Handle time-sensitive requests with discretion and strong judgment
Who this is for
- 2–10 years of experience in an EA, AA, or similar support role
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Strong communicator with sound judgment
- Someone who takes pride in being reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Background in real estate, finance, or family office environments is a plus

Compensation & benefits
- Competitive base discretionary bonus

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
