Senior Associate / Executive Assistant to Managing Partner (NYC)
We are partnering on a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, venture-backed environment supporting a Co-Founder & Managing Partner. This role offers direct exposure to strategy, operations, and executive decision-making.
This is not a traditional EA role. It blends executive support with project management, strategic execution, and cross-functional exposure across partnerships, corporate development, and marketing. We are looking for someone who is hungry, has experience working in a very fast-paced environment and is excited about dynamic administrative work.

What You’ll Do:
• Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support the Managing Partner across daily priorities
• Own and execute high-impact special projects across multiple business functions
• Prepare investor materials, presentations, and executive communications (including ghostwriting)
• Act as a liaison across internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders
• Manage complex calendaring, travel, and meeting coordination with a forward-looking approach
• Drive follow-ups, track priorities, and ensure operational efficiency across the executive office
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or executive support
• Background in a VC fund, tech company, investment bank, or high-growth startup preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a “no task too big or small” mindset
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
