Attributy is a fast-growing, B2B development tech startup. Our flagship product is a sales-tracking, dynamic journey attribution with AI and marketing (SaaS) platform in the e-commerce/e-business space. Our clients range from larger, well-known online retailers to small and medium businesses.
Who We Are Looking For:
We’re further building Attributy — an early-stage startup in the attribution and marketing intelligence space — and we’re looking for a Co-Founder Growth to own revenue from day one.
We are seeking a results-oriented individual to drive new business acquisition for Attributy in the US. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiations, and closing—working closely with marketing and product teams.
This is not a typical sales role. This is a founding position with real ownership, responsibility, and upside. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable selling to small/mid-market and enterprise clients. We will encourage you to make an immediate impact in your area of work.
What to expect:
· Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers across US.
· Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product demos, and closing.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers (i.e. CMOs, Digital & Data leaders).
· Position Attributy’s value proposition clearly against competitors.
· Own and execute the sales strategy from 0 to 1.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Improve product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
· Leverage your existing network to generate immediate pipeline.
· Build and lead the future sales organization.
· 7 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, Analytics, or Data platforms and having closed meaningful B2B deals.
· You think like a founder, not an employee.
· Experience selling complex or consultative software solutions.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, attribution, or analytics concepts.
· You have a strong and relevant sales network.
· Comfortable working independently and building a market from the ground up
