Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 12 months

What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for several advisor teams
- Draft, review, and format confidential client communications
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical records across systems
- Prepare expense reports and allocate billing details accurately
- Assist with time-sensitive quarterly client tax payment processing
- Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
