EA to Partner of Sports Private Equity Division
A leading global alternative asset management firm with over $100B in assets under management and deep expertise across private equity, real estate, credit, and impact investing is looking for an EA to supporting one of their Partners within their newly created Sports division.
This role is in office 3 days/week remote 2 days but requires flexibility when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to a small team of senior investment professionals
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Handle travel arrangements (domestic and international), including itineraries, visas, and expense reconciliation
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as needed
- Plan events, dinners, outings, and act as the face of the team at times liaising with investors, clients, athletes, executives and more.
Operational
- Process expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidential files and records with the highest level of discretion
- Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team events
- Partner with other EAs and internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or another fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
