Position: Recruiting Associate (Internal – Miami Office)

Overview:
Our Miami team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Associate to join our growing division. This individual will support the team in identifying top talent, assisting with searches, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the recruiting world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to source and identify qualified candidates.
- Manage job postings, candidate outreach, and pipeline tracking across multiple platforms.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating client and candidate communications.
- Maintain and update candidate records within Bullhorn (ATS).
- Support day-to-day recruiting operations and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems (Bullhorn experience a plus).
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Based in the Miami area with the ability to be on-site Monday–Thursday.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
