Personal Injury Attorney

Our confidential client is currently seeking a PI Attorney, with asbestos litigation experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in a trusted role with room to grow professionally.

Location & Schedule

This role is either fully in office if the candidate is local to the South Florida area, or totally remote. For remote candidates out of state, candidates that are considered must have extensive trial experience.

The company is also open to supporting relocation for candidates as well if interested.

Responsibilities

· Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, with a strong focus on asbestos-related cases

· Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

· Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances

· Develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients throughout the litigation process

· Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure case efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

· Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

· Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar

· Demonstrated litigation experience, asbestos litigation highly preferred

· Strong legal research and writing skills

· Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities

· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills
