What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests
- Greet, check in, and check out visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Assist with meeting setup and post-meeting cleanup/tidying
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support light administrative tasks as needed
- Use Outlook for basic scheduling and communication (a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
- Polished, professional, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
- Familiarity with Outlook preferred
Compensation & Details
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Location: Boca Raton, FL (on-site)
