Our client, a Finance Firm, is looking for a reliable and polished On-Call Receptionist to provide last-minute coverage for their Boca Raton office.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a part-time or flexible schedule who enjoys stepping in to help when needed! The client often brings back strong temps for future coverage — and their last two on-call receptionists were hired full-time.
Responsibilities:
✨ Greet and check in guests and visitors
✨ Handle calls, deliveries, and general front-desk coordination
✨ Assist with meeting setup and light post-meeting cleanup
✨ Maintain a professional, organized reception area
✨ Extra plus: familiarity with Outlook
