Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant | InterEx Group – Miami
Edgewater, Miami, FL (Onsite – 5 days a week)
Base Salary: $50,000 1st Year OTE: $80–85k

We’re expanding our Miami office and looking for driven individuals to join us as 360 Recruitment Consultants. You’ll begin on the 180 side, focusing on delivering exceptional candidates to our top-tier clients across North America. As you develop, you’ll transition into a full 360 role, managing both business development and candidate relationships within the ERP, CRM, or Data markets.
You’ll join a high energy, collaborative sales floor with immediate access to live roles, hands-on mentorship, and commission potential from your very first week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Candidate Sourcing: identifying and engaging top tech professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
- Business Development: building and nurturing relationships with clients to uncover hiring needs and drive new business.
- 360 Sales Process: managing everything from pitching and negotiating to closing deals.
- Relationship Management: becoming a trusted recruitment partner in the Cloud, Data, and ERP spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales or commercial experience (preferred but not essential).
- A resilient, competitive, and ambitious mindset with a proven track record of success, whether in academics, sports, or work.
- A strong drive to learn, follow a proven process, and succeed in a target-driven sales environment.
