The Sophis team is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise While the role includes PM responsibilities such as project updates and coordination the primary focus will be acting as a hands on Business Analyst who can run projects investigate issues coordinate testing support release regressions and manage deliveries end to end

Business Analysis:
Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder discussions
Document
Functional requirements
Business Requirement Documents BRDs
User stories
Perform AsIs analysis and propose workflow improvements
Investigate system and data issues perform root cause analysis
Coordinate UAT and testing efforts
Support release validation and regression testing
Work closely with development QA and operations teams
Project Management:
Own and independently run small to midsized projects
Provide project updates status reports and risk tracking
Manage dependencies timelines and scope
Deliver using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Technical Data Responsibilities:
Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation
Use Python preferred to automate daily BA activities
Design and visualize
APIs
System integrations
End to end workflows
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Required Experience:

Capital Markets
Compliance OR Risk Management OR Regulatory projects

Strong experience in:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.79/hour - $90.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
