- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Work with the product team to create, prioritize, and refine features and user stories for agile development.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure user interface designs align with user needs and project vision.
- Coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze existing systems for effectiveness and develop strategies for improvements or integrations.
- 10 years of experience as a product business analyst in large, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis within relational databases.
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira and backlog management techniques.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, including APIs, systems, and integrations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information/Computer Science or related field, with relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, or agile methodologies.
