What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Advantage Technical?
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale manufacturing initiatives
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, quality, and change management activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, and EHS
- Establish governance structures, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication plans
- Drive compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and operational standards
- Monitor project financials, capital investments, and cost savings initiatives
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Support organizational change management, workforce transition planning, and operational readiness
- PMP Certification required
- Proven experience leading high-stakes manufacturing or operational transformation projects
- Strong financial acumen and project budgeting experience
- Engineering degree preferred
- MBA and/or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
