What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Technician position at Advantage Technical?
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot precision aerospace components and propulsion hardware.
- Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
- Collect and document test data while verifying product performance.
- Read engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Support prototype builds, production testing, and process improvements.
- Perform mechanical assembly, modifications, and rework as needed.
- Maintain accurate records while following quality and safety standards.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, testing, aerospace, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with precision assemblies, fluid systems, instrumentation, or electromechanical equipment is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
