The Change Production Readiness Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all changes to production environments are thoroughly assessed, documented, and approved before deployment. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to minimize disruptions, enhance system stability, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management
Review and assess change requests (RFCs) for completeness and risk.
Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
Track and report on change metrics and KPIs.
Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Release Management/ Digital Product Release (DPR) Implementation:
Coordinate release planning and scheduling with development, QA, and operations teams.
Maintain the release calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Ensure release packages are tested, documented, and approved before deployment.
Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuously monitor and understand release processes .
Conduct research using ServiceNow documentation on Digital Product Release (DPR).
Align release practices with DPR capabilities.
Collaborate with vendor partners to implement DPR in a phased approach, incorporating existing release practices.
Actively participate in daily scrum calls for DPR implementation and track progress.
Coordinate with stakeholders and DPR users to gather techno-functional requirements.
Evaluate whether techno-functional requirements can be addressed using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features as the primary approach.
Assess the need for DPR customizations, weighing their value addition against potential upgrade challenges in ServiceNow.
Develop a comprehensive DPR test plan covering all phases, tasks, and functionalities, including both happy-path and complex scenarios.
Deliver DPR demos, coaching sessions, and training for stakeholders.
Collect periodic feedback and integrate it into a continuous improvement program to enhance DPR.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve governance, automate processes, and reduce overhead efforts
Production Readiness:
Conduct production readiness assessments for new applications and major changes.
Validate operational support documentation, monitoring, and rollback plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all readiness criteria are met.
Support go/no-go decision-making processes.
Deliverables:
Weekly status reports and dashboards.
Updated change and release calendars.
CAB meeting agendas and minutes.
Production readiness assessment templates and completed checklists.
Post-implementation review reports.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, production readiness, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices.
Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
Proficient in documentation and process optimization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: ITIL certification or equivalent.
Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar change management tools
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
