Business Analyst

Support initiatives across:

• Credit Debit and Prepaid card products

• Tokenization Apple Pay Google Pay Samsung Pay

• Authorization clearing and settlement

• Fraud monitoring and controls

• Chargebacks and disputes

• Rewards loyalty and promotions

• Collaborate with card processors eg FIS Fiserv TSYS Marqeta

Stakeholder Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business product technology operations and compliance teams

• Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming UAT planning and defect triage

• Support vendor and network engagements Visa Mastercard Amex

Testing Implementation Support:

• Develop UAT strategies test scenarios and test cases

• Execute and support User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution

• Support production releases postimplementation validation and issue resolution

Data Reporting:

• Analyze transaction data metrics and trends to support decisionmaking

• Collaborate with data teams on dashboards MIS and regulatory reporting
  

Required Skills Qualifications:

Functional Domain Skills:

Strong experience in cards payments domain

Knowledge of:

• ISO 8583 message standards

• Authorization and settlement flows

• Interchange fees and network rules

• Fraud and dispute lifecycle

• Experience working with Visa Mastercard rules and mandates

Business Analysis Skills:

• Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Experience with Agile tools JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Technical Analytical Skills:

• Comfortable working with APIs message flows and data mappings

• SQL or data analysis experience preferred

• Understanding of digital payments and mobile wallets is a plus
  

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.45/hour - $63.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
