Collaborate with card processors eg FIS Fiserv TSYS Marqeta
Stakeholder Cross Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business product technology operations and compliance teams
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming UAT planning and defect triage
Support vendor and network engagements Visa Mastercard Amex
Testing Implementation Support:
Develop UAT strategies test scenarios and test cases
Execute and support User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution
Support production releases postimplementation validation and issue resolution
Data Reporting:
Analyze transaction data metrics and trends to support decisionmaking
Collaborate with data teams on dashboards MIS and regulatory reporting
Required Skills Qualifications:
Functional Domain Skills:
Strong experience in cards payments domain
Knowledge of:
ISO 8583 message standards
Authorization and settlement flows
Interchange fees and network rules
Fraud and dispute lifecycle
Experience working with Visa Mastercard rules and mandates
Business Analysis Skills:
Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with Agile tools JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Technical Analytical Skills:
Comfortable working with APIs message flows and data mappings
SQL or data analysis experience preferred
Understanding of digital payments and mobile wallets is a plus
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.45/hour - $63.20/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
