Majesco Solution Architect

• We are seeking an experienced Majesco Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise insurance solutions using the Majesco platform The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in insurance domain processes and Majesco applications Policy Billing Claims combined with strong architecture and integration skills

• This role involves working closely with business stakeholders delivery teams and clients to define scalable high performance and compliant solutions
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture Design:

• Lead end to end solution design for Majesco based implementations

• Architect solutions across

• Policy Administration

• Billing Systems

• Claims Management

• Ensure high availability scalability and performance
  

Stakeholder Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

• Translate business needs into technical architecture

• Present solutions to clients leadership and architecture boards
  

Integration Data Architecture:

• Define integration patterns using

• RESTSOAP APIs

• Messaging systems

• Middleware platforms

• Design data models and data exchange strategies across systems
  

Development Implementation Oversight:

• Provide technical leadership to development teams

• Review code configuration and design artifacts

• Ensure adherence to Majesco product standards and best practices
  

Configuration Customization:

• Drive configuration within Majesco applications

• Minimize customizations and promote use of out of the box features

• Ensure optimal use of Majesco framework capabilities
  

Governance Best Practices:

• Establish architecture standards guidelines and templates

• Conduct architecture reviews and solution validation

• Ensure compliance with security regulatory and performance standards
  
  

Required skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  

Experience:

• 10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to insurance domain

• 5 years of experience working with Majesco products or similar platforms
  
  

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with:

• Majesco Policy Billing Claims

• Strong knowledge of

• Java J2EE technologies

• Microservices architecture

• REST SOAP APIs

• Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure

• Knowledge of integration tools eg MuleSoft Boomi Kafka
  

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of:

• Policy lifecycle quote bind issue renew

• Underwriting processes

• Billing and claims workflows

• Experience in PC Life or Health Insurance
  

Architecture Skills:

• Enterprise architecture frameworks

• Data modeling and system integration

• Performance tuning and scalability design

• API design and governance
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with digital transformation programs in insurance

• Exposure to Agile SAFe delivery models

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines

Certifications in:

• Cloud platforms AWS Azure

• TOGAF or other architecture frameworks

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.28/hour - $72.31/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
