Key Responsibilities:
Own end to end QA strategy for AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) and AEP implementations.
Define test approach for content, integrations, data pipelines, identity, and personalization use cases.
Lead functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing across AEM AEP Adobe ecosystem (Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer).
Validate AEP data ingestion, XDM schemas, identity stitching, and profile accuracy.
Ensure test coverage for personalization, audience activation, and real time decisioning scenarios.
Implement test automation strategy (UI, API, data validation) aligned with CI/CD pipelines. Drive defect triage, risk assessment, and Go/No Go decisions for releases and pilots.
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure business aligned quality.
Provide quality metrics, dashboards, and test insights to leadership and clients Strong Automation Experience (Cypress, Playwright or another tool)

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.30/hour - $70.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
