We’re hiring a Call Center Manager to run a revenue-driving operation inside a growing HVAC & Plumbing company in Bakersfield.
$70,000 – $85,000 Base Performance Bonuses
Bakersfield, CA (On-Site)
• The call board is the front door to revenue
• Booking rate = opportunity
• Conversion = growth
• Coaching CSRs & Dispatch = profit
• Booking rates, call conversion, and revenue per call
• Performance and development of CSR / Dispatch team
• Script optimization, training, and accountability
• Daily operational performance inside ServiceTitan
• Led a high-volume call center or dispatch team
• Background in HVAC, Plumbing, or Home Services (or similar)
• Experience with ServiceTitan (or comparable system)
• Able to improve performance within 90 days
• You’re building and optimizing — not maintaining
• Leadership that supports performance and growth
• Clear metrics bonus tied to results
• Real opportunity to make an impact in a scaling company
