Position Overview
Can Do Crew is hiring a Drain Technician to diagnose, clear, and maintain residential drain and sewer systems. This role is focused on drain cleaning, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning using snakes, augers, and hydro jetting equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot clogged drains, sewer lines, and backups
- Conduct sewer camera inspections and explain findings to customers
- Recommend repairs or additional services when needed
- Maintain and operate drain equipment safely and effectively
- Complete service tickets and job documentation accurately
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job
- Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
Qualifications
- Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field preferred
- Ability to use drain equipment (snakes, hydro jetters, cameras)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces when needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Plumbing experience (residential service)
- Experience with sewer camera inspections
- Sales or upselling experience
Compensation
- $20 – $22 per hour (depending on experience)
- Performance-based incentives/bonuses available
Schedule
- Full-time
- Overtime available
- Weekend availability as needed
