Position Overview
Can Do Crew is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside major retail locations generating leads for our HVAC and home services team. This is a customer-facing role focused on starting conversations and setting appointments—no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
We are currently hiring for multiple locations in Bakersfield and Visalia, with immediate openings available.

Compensation

What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers inside retail store locations
- Offer free estimates for HVAC/home services
- Set appointments for our service team
- Track leads and follow simple processes
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling available
- Weekend availability preferred
- Typical shifts: 4–6 hours
Qualifications
- Comfortable talking to customers in a retail environment
- Outgoing, friendly, and reliable
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and engage customers throughout shift
