Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data-driven marketing strategies focused on lead generation, booked calls, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Own and track key KPIs including cost per lead, cost per booked call, close rate, average ticket, ROI, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime customer value.
- Manage and optimize budgets across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO, direct mail, email, and other lead generation channels.
- Analyze campaign performance through CRM and reporting tools to understand lead sources, booking outcomes, revenue attribution, and retention trends.
- Build dashboards and weekly/monthly scorecards for ownership and leadership.
- Improve lead handling performance by partnering with CSR and sales teams on booking rates, follow-up speed, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on offers, landing pages, call scripts, and campaigns to improve results.
- Forecast lead volume, seasonal demand, and budget needs based on historical trends.
- Identify underperforming channels and reallocate spend for stronger returns.
- Work closely with operations to align scheduling capacity and marketing demand.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
