Job Overview
CalMU is expanding and seeking a University Development Representative to support enrollment growth. This role is execution heavy and front line focused. You will be responsible for high volume outreach, pipeline management, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process.
Success in this position requires comfort with daily call targets, strong follow up discipline, and the ability to move prospects through the enrollment funnel efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage assigned lead inventory and convert inquiries into enrolled students
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective students by phone, email, and CRM
- Counsel prospective students on program fit, admissions requirements, and next steps
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM throughout the admissions cycle
- Support applicants through document collection and application completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve enrollment related issues
- Participate in virtual and in person recruitment events as required
- Represent CalMU professionally in all internal and external interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Two or more years of admissions experience at an accredited university or postsecondary institution, working a lead based enrollment model
- Demonstrated success meeting enrollment, conversion, or activity targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with disciplined follow up
- Comfortable operating in a metrics driven environment
Special Requirements:
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
- Willingness to support peak recruitment periods with increased workload
- Ability to travel for recruitment events as needed
Salary : $68,000 - $85,000
