Adjunct Instructor

The Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering course content aligned with California Miramar University’s curriculum. This includes creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, leading class discussions, grading assignments, and providing feedback to students. The role also involves engaging with students to support their academic progress and cultivating a collaborative learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA.

• Subject matter expertise in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver engaging lectures and provide feedback to students.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for course delivery and student interaction.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment.
• Minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly at the undergraduate or graduate level, is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of a diverse student body, including international and military students.
