Role Overview
We are currently looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Machine Operators and Trimmers with a background in plastic production. Key Duties
- Manage the operation of injection molding machinery
- Remove excess material from items through trimming and deburring processes
- Apply paint to raw goods to meet customer aesthetic preferences
- Ensure all finished items meet established quality standards
- Ready products for distribution by completing packaging tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a machine operator
- Proficiency in utilizing air-powered tools
- Competency in handling manual hand tools
- Ability to perform fundamental mathematical calculations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to remain standing for long durations during shifts
- Foundational understanding of Microsoft Office software
- Strong ability to convey information through written and spoken communication
- Ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a group
- Capacity to adhere to precise operational instructions
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Access to dependable transportation
