6th Grade Long-Term Substitute Teacher (Mid September - Mid December)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commit to a long-term sub position
- Instruction and supervision of students
- Knowledgeable in classroom management
- Be a role model for students
- Utilize and understand formative assessment
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help monitor hallways and school grounds
- Be involved in after-school and extracurricular activities
- Keep accurate classroom records
- Attend conferences and workshops to keep current
- Work as a team member
- Supervision of students as needed
- When a sub is not needed, other duties will be assigned by administration
TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Michigan Certification and Endorsement for appropriate grade levels required
- Must meet all of the NCLB qualifications
Wage: Premium rate per EduStaff
Salary : $43,926 - $65,199
