Hospital Liaison Position Summary
The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with strong clinical knowledge and proven experience in skilled nursing admissions and referral development. This role plays a key part in driving census growth while ensuring smooth, high-quality transitions for new admissions.

Hospital Liaison Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community referral sources
Generate consistent admissions through professional outreach and follow-up
Understand and manage the full admissions process, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations
Clinically review referrals to determine appropriate placement
Communicate special needs of new admissions to ensure smooth transitions
Coordinate facility presentations and on-site tours
Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
Support positive public relations and encourage word-of-mouth referrals
Travel between facilities as needed to support referral development
Hospital Liaison Experience:
Healthcare Marketing: 1 year
Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
