Hospital Liaison Position Summary

The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with strong clinical knowledge and proven experience in skilled nursing admissions and referral development. This role plays a key part in driving census growth while ensuring smooth, high-quality transitions for new admissions.

Hospital Liaison Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community referral sources
• Generate consistent admissions through professional outreach and follow-up
• Understand and manage the full admissions process, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations
• Clinically review referrals to determine appropriate placement
• Communicate special needs of new admissions to ensure smooth transitions
• Coordinate facility presentations and on-site tours
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
• Support positive public relations and encourage word-of-mouth referrals
• Travel between facilities as needed to support referral development
  
  
  

Hospital Liaison Experience:

Healthcare Marketing: 1 year

Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
