Butler Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care for our residents.
We are now hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) who are eager to join a supportive, mission-driven healthcare team.
New grads are welcome!
Shift: 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
Administer and record medications/treatments
Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
Educate and support residents and their families
Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
Document observations and care provided
Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure
