Schedule: Monday through Friday, Evening Shift

RN Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to assigned residents.
Administer and document medications and treatments.
Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans.
Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation with interdisciplinary teams.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions.
Maintain accurate records of nursing care and patient responses.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
May assume charge of the unit as assigned and assist in unit management.
