What You’ll Do
- Respond to new & existing clients requests and assess their needs – no cold calling!
- Evaluate, propose, create/design, and sell a full range of landscaping maintenance & install services: landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, pest control, tree & shrub work, handyman projects, and snow/ice management
- Communicate the job clearly between the client, you and the production team
- Experience in the Green Industry
- Knowledge of General Landscape Maintenance, Plant ID & Install, Tree/Shrub Removal/Stump Grinding, Lawncare/Seeding/Mowing, Hardscaping Design Build, Pruning, Handyman Services, and Snow/Ice Management
- Communication & Creativity to help clients
- Strong multitasking ability
- Training to meet ISA Certified Arborist & OCNT Landscape Certification standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Base Salary Commission Structure: $45,000–$60,000 base 3% commission = $70k-$95k potential. Sales Volume: $750K – $1.1M per salesperson
