What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Associate position at Matar Quality Landscaping & Lawncare, LLC?
What You’ll Do
• Distribute flyers and door hangers in assigned neighborhoods in Upper Arlington, Dublin, Powell, and New Albany
• Knock on doors, introduce yourself, and briefly explain our services when homeowners are available
• Collect contact information from interested homeowners and submit lead forms
• Submit daily photo logs of flyer placement to the owner via text
• Track your daily flyer count and activity on a simple tally sheet
• Meet or exceed a minimum of 300 flyers distributed per week
• Represent Matar Quality Landscaping professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — you manage your own schedule
• Comfortable walking several miles per shift outdoors in various weather conditions
• Friendly and professional when speaking with homeowners
• Able to submit daily photo logs and weekly activity reports via text or email
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods
• No prior sales experience required — we provide all materials, scripts, and training
