Shift: Nights | 3×12 | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Level II Trauma | Comprehensive Stroke | STEMI Center
Pay range: $60/hr - $62/hr
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients in a busy Level II Trauma Emergency Department. (BI02)
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent ER/RN experience – HARD STOP
- First-time travelers accepted with 2 years ED experience
- Active Texas RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & TNCC
- Epic experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- ED experience with trauma, stroke, STEMI, cardiac and respiratory emergencies
- Patient ratio: 1:3
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
- Block scheduling available/approved
- No call and no floating
Common Cases: Stroke, STEMI, chest pain, NSTEMI, trauma, abdominal pain, SOB, asthma, GU complaints, headaches, and lacerations.
Dress Code: Solid Navy Blue scrubs
Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
