Job Summary
Seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation of manufacturing capital equipment and manage facility construction, additions, and upgrades within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will coordinate engineering, construction, vendors, contractors, and plant teams to ensure equipment and facility projects are successfully executed and commissioned.
Responsibilities
- Manage installation and commissioning of industrial/manufacturing equipment.
- Lead construction projects, facility additions, upgrades, and manufacturing-area modifications.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering, manufacturing, and facility teams.
- Develop and track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project activities.
- Identify and resolve technical, construction, installation, and manufacturing challenges.
- Support the industrialization of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or a related field; OR HS diploma/GED with 4 years of manufacturing experience.
- 3 years of relevant engineering or industrial construction experience.
- Experience with installation and commissioning of industrial/manufacturing equipment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or construction environment.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing industrial equipment installation projects.
- Experience managing manufacturing capital projects.
- Experience with industrial facility construction, additions, or upgrades.
- Engineering or manufacturing process experience.
