Strategic Planning & Capital Markets Associate

We are partnering with a highly active and well-capitalized real estate investment platform to hire a Strategic Planning & Capital Markets Associate. This opportunity offers direct exposure to executive leadership and involvement across strategic initiatives, capital markets execution, investor relations, and corporate finance.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates coming from real estate investment banking, REITs, or institutional real estate environments who want broad exposure and long-term growth within a highly respected platform.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions
- Assist with strategic initiatives, M&A analysis, and corporate finance projects
- Prepare materials for executive leadership, board presentations, and investor communications
- Analyze capital structure, leverage, and balance sheet strategy
- Support investor relations efforts including earnings preparation, conferences, and institutional outreach
- Conduct market research and analysis across real estate, capital markets, and macro trends
- Work cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, accounting, legal, and external advisors
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience within real estate investment banking, REITs, capital markets, or institutional real estate
- Strong corporate finance and real estate modeling capabilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment
