About the Opportunity
Bullpen is partnered with a growing real estate investment platform focused on commercial real estate acquisitions across high-growth markets throughout the Sunbelt.
The firm is actively expanding its portfolio and capital raising efforts and is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to support investor communication, CRM management, fundraising coordination, and relationship management initiatives.
This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity to work directly alongside firm leadership in a visible, client-facing role with long-term upside into capital raising and investor relations leadership.
The Role
This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, fundraising, business development, and operations.
The Investor Relations Associate will help manage investor communication, outbound outreach, CRM workflows, accreditation processes, and ongoing relationship management with accredited investors and family office relationships.
The ideal candidate is polished, organized, money motivated, and comfortable communicating with investors and prospects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound investor email campaigns and follow-up communication
- Schedule investor calls and maintain communication pipelines
- Answer investor questions and assist with onboarding processes
- Manage CRM systems and investor databases
- Coordinate investor accreditation and subscription documentation
- Maintain investor communication and relationship nurturing efforts
- Assist with newsletters, updates, and investor engagement initiatives
- Support fundraising coordination and investor tracking workflows
- Potential travel to conferences, investor meetings, and networking events
Qualifications
- Background in commercial real estate, brokerage, investor relations, capital markets, business development, or outbound sales environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with investors and high-net-worth individuals
- Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing into a long-term capital raising role
