Senior Project Manager – High-Rise Multifamily Construction

Bullpen has partnered with a leading real estate developer and builder to hire a Senior Project Manager for large-scale, high-rise multifamily construction projects in Seattle.
This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in delivering complex urban developments from preconstruction through completion. You’ll have significant ownership over project execution while leading project teams, managing financial performance, and coordinating with field leadership, design partners, consultants, and ownership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and overall execution
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, scope development, and contract administration
- Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, ownership, subcontractors, and field teams
- Partner closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, safety, and constructability
- Lead owner, design, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
- Monitor project costs and forecasts while protecting financial performance
- Identify project risks early and implement solutions that keep execution on track
- Maintain accountability across project controls, reporting, documentation, and closeout
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience leading high-rise multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or comparable large-scale projects
- Proven ability to manage projects through the full construction lifecycle
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, buyout, and project controls
- Experience leading project teams and managing complex subcontractor relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
