What You'll Be Doing

• Lead quality control efforts across active ground-up construction projects
• Develop and implement project-specific quality management programs
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout construction
• Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to proactively identify and resolve quality issues
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable building codes
• Maintain quality documentation, reporting, and project records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help strengthen company-wide quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 10 years of construction experience with a strong focus on quality control, field operations, or project execution
• Experience on ground-up commercial, healthcare, institutional, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, quality assurance processes, and building codes
• Ability to build credibility with field teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• OSHA certification and quality-related certifications are a plus
