What You'll Be Doing
- Lead quality control efforts across active ground-up construction projects
- Develop and implement project-specific quality management programs
- Conduct field inspections, audits, and quality reviews throughout construction
- Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to proactively identify and resolve quality issues
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable building codes
- Maintain quality documentation, reporting, and project records
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help strengthen company-wide quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of construction experience with a strong focus on quality control, field operations, or project execution
- Experience on ground-up commercial, healthcare, institutional, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, quality assurance processes, and building codes
- Ability to build credibility with field teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- OSHA certification and quality-related certifications are a plus
