The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate-level Asset Management professional to join a growing healthcare investment platform.
This individual will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 12-15 assets and work directly with senior leadership on asset strategy, portfolio performance, valuations, budgeting, business plans, capital projects, and investment decisions.
Unlike many larger institutional platforms, this role offers significant responsibility early in your career and the opportunity to become the primary decision-maker on assigned assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets with a primary focus on healthcare properties
- Analyze property performance and identify opportunities to enhance value
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Perform asset valuations and financial analysis
- Build and maintain financial models
- Utilize ARGUS for property underwriting and valuation analysis
- Monitor leasing activity, operating performance, and capital expenditures
- Coordinate with operating partners, leasing teams, lenders, and third-party consultants
- Prepare investment committee, lender, and investor reporting materials
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and portfolio strategy initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience
- Background in Asset Management, Acquisitions, Investments, Portfolio Management, or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- ARGUS proficiency required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Desire to take ownership and operate in a highly visible role
Preferred Experience
- Medical Office or Healthcare real estate exposure
- Institutional ownership experience
- Experience preparing business plans and investment recommendations
- Exposure to joint venture structures and lender reporting
