What The Position is About:
- Oversee the sourcing, production, and distribution of PVC and PE fittings for plastic pipes, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal resource utilization
- Work with the production team to monitor and improve manufacturing processes for quality and cost-efficiency
- Ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and industry compliance standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Develop and manage product costing and pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, demand, and raw material costs to maximize profitability and competitiveness
- Partner with sales to develop market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Work with production teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and efficient response to customer demands
- Track and analyze key production, financial, and sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in manufacturing supply chain management, preferably within the PVC or PE industry
- Project management experience within the PVC or PE industry
- Strong knowledge of product costing, pricing strategies, and market analysis
- Experience managing supplier relationships and overseeing production processes
- Experience with valve and fitting products is a big plus
Salary : $85,000 - $145,000
