What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by working closely with contractors on day-to-day and project business and generating specifications of the company’s products in the assigned territory
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of sales experience within the flooring industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
