We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Events Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Build-A-Bear Events Specialist is a dynamic role that enables the smooth operations of off-site events while serving as a Brand Ambassador.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Ambassador
Point of contact for clients during planning and execution
Partner with field leadership and store teams for staffing needs
Ensure accurate product delivery
Personnel logistics
CRM maintenance
Outreach to new and existing clients to explore opportunities
Goal tracking
Portfolio of events
Confirm website assets are up-to-date with pricing, product, and event options
Participate on leadership calls as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience
Event planning
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Skilled with CRM
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management experience
Outbound marketing experience
