As a professional Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You will take the lead in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring candidates - building high-performing teams while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Your expertise will directly shape our success by bringing in the right people for the right roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates
- Screen resumes and applications
- Prescreen candidates
- Coordinate interviews
- Own the candidate experience
- Ensure compliance
- Pre-employment testing
- Maintain recruitment metrics
- Promote the Build-A-Bear brand
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Support all phases of the recruitment strategy and process
- Negotiate job offers
- Identify internal candidates
- Participate in job fairs and hiring events that are aligned with staffing needs
- Manages ATS; ensures all open positions are posted and follows up in closing when a candidate is hired
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Comfortable using an ATS, social media platforms, CRM systems, skills and assessment platforms, communication tools, mobile recruiting apps, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Previous experience in a retail organization
